I believe people are born whole and are innately enough, yet our experiences in early relationships and culture can perpetuate shame, violence, fear and trauma. Individual therapy is a consensual process that enables you to experience more self-compassion and feel into your wholeness. I incorporate experiential modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic-mindfulness, and attachment theory in my work with individuals to facilitate real growth towards achieving your desired goals.
