cultivate presence.

sex therapy.

We all deserve to live into our fullest, most alive selves. Pleasure looks and feels different for everyone. Often messages and scripts from our cultures, religion, families, early sexual experiences and relationships leave us feeling ashamed, anxious, frozen, and disconnected from our authentic desires.

Sex therapy is a talk-based process for individuals and relationships. Sex therapy is available as either an individual or relational service. Sessions offer you a space to explore the complexity of your sexual self and relationships while honoring your identity and experiences. I approach sex therapy from a trauma-conscious, mindful, attachment-based, experiential lens.

Sex therapy can support you in exploring:

Your relationship with sex, sexuality, and gender
Developing your unique relationship with pleasure
Identifying “sexual scripts” you may have learned from society, culture and family
Sexual desire and arousal
Processing sexual trauma
Identifying wants, needs, and desires
Boundaries with self & partners
Becoming mindfully embodied

I receive clinical supervision from Alana Ogilvie, LMFT - AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST).
